Residential CGI

Titlarks House property visualisation

Our latest property visualisation of a residential dwelling in Ascot, Berkshire. We have provided a work in progress image on this project to help demonstrate the process involved in the creation of this type of CGI. The ‘chalk’ render, known in the industry as an AO pass, or Ambient Occlusion, is used as a method of quickly generating an image that is useful for checking that the model is physically correct, and also selecting a camera position. This narrows down the focus of the feedback to be solely about viewing angles rather than materials which helps with establishing a streamlined workflow for the CG artist.
